SALES TO END USERS AND RESELLERS
The MacImports.Com sells and ships products to end user customers. Resellers interested in reselling MacImports.Com products should contact Sales Support.PROOF OF PURCHASE
MacImports.Com will send you a confirmation email on receipt of your order by email and again when your order is shipped if the date is different.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If in the unlikely event that you discover what you believe is a product defect for any MacImports.Com product please contact Sales Support. All products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about MacImports.Com's product warranties.)RETURN POLICY
Please note that MacImports.Com only permits the return of products due to an MacImports.Com shipping error or order processing error and that all other sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product due to an MacImports.Com shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:
- Please contact MacImports.Com Sales Support to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA request must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with MacImports.Com's return policy (noted above.)
- If the RMA is approved, an RMA number will be issued and you will also be provided with information on how to return the product to MacImports.Com.
- The product must be returned to MacImports.Com within 5 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be returned in "as new" condition, a condition determined solely by MacImports.Com. They must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. MacImports.Com recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracing for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to MacImports.Com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracing, and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the US Postal Service(USPS) offers limited tracing capabilities and that there is a 30-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
- Products not returned in "as new" condition may incur a restocking fee of 20 per cent or more or may be refused and not exchanged at the sole discretion of MacImports.Com.
PAYMENT METHODS

MacImports.Com accepts credit card payments only via PayPal.Com.
Cashier's Check or Money Order or Traveler's Check or Personal Check or Business Check
MacImports.Com accepts a cashier's check or money order or traveler's check as a valid and preferred form of payment. Personal and business checks are also accepted but incur a wait time until the check clears. The check or money order must be payable to MacImports.Com and include a copy of your order showing the item and shipping address. Wire Transfer
MacImports.Com may accept properly executed purchase orders as a valid form of payment from bona fide educational and governmental institutions and agencies. If you have any question about qualifying institutions or agencies please contact MacImports.Com Sales Support.
MacImports.Com accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment with an additional $10 surcharge. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order please contact MacImports.Com Sales Support.All orders are processed on receipt of payment on a first come first served basis. MacImports.Com must receive your payment within 5 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 3 business days for order processing after MacImports.Com receives your preferred payment. This period may extend up to 10 business days or more for a personal or business check until it clears.
SALES TAX
Purchases from MacImports.Com must include California sales tax if the ship-to location is in California.
TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email MacImports.Com Sale Support. Please be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for California. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
MacImports.Com normally ships directly to the customer by International Express Mail from our stock in Japan--this generally takes 3-5 business days, exclusive of the local customs agency handling time. Products in stock locally ship by USPS air mail or 2-day Priority Mail. Orders shipped by USPS 2-day Priority Mail should arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping. Air mail normally takes 3-5 business days.
If you prefer a faster method of shipment on a product shipped within the US, you may choose to pay extra for express shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order. PRICES
The MacImports.Com endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current MacImports.Com products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges. MacImports.Com reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the MacImports.Com at any time.
Should MacImports.Com reduce its price on any shipped product within 5 days of shipment, you may contact MacImports.Com Sales Support to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact MacImports.Com within 10 business days of shipment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
MacImports.Com makes every effort to ship your product from the MacImports.Com within 5 business days of receiving your payment. However, due to changes in product availability or bank processing time this can vary. We encourage you to contact MacImports.Com Sales Support for order status information.
If MacImports.Com is unable to ship your product within fifteen (15) business days from the date MacImports.Com receives your payment, we will notify you by mail and provide more specific information.
MacImports.Com reserves the right to discontinue selling any products without notice.
